This Human Factors Awareness Training equips aerospace professionals with the knowledge and tools to reduce errors, strengthen safety culture, and improve operational reliability. Delivered over 3 days (12 hours) in line with AESQ RM 13010 requirements, the program blends classroom learning, case studies, and interactive activities. Participants explore human error models, the Dirty Dozen, performance limitations, safety culture, teamwork, communication, environmental factors, and professionalism. Through real-world aviation case studies (e.g., Tenerife, MH370, Challenger), practical exercises, and hazard identification workshops, learners build the skills to recognize risks, apply effective mitigation strategies, and foster integrity in safety-critical environments. Designed for operators, inspectors, technicians, production staff, supervisors, and managers, this course ensures compliance while embedding lasting safety practices across teams.
